Spaghetti Italian Salad

Ingredients:     Yields: 8 servings

1 pound spaghettiCooked according to directions. May use whole grain
1 large tomatoWashed, trimmed and diced
1 cucumberWashed, trimmed and diced
1 small red onionWashed, peeled,  and diced.
1 green pepperWashed, trimmed and minced.
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
1 (8 oz.) bottle low fat Italian salad dressing 
¼ cup hard salamiDiced and optional
½ cup carrotsWashed and minced
8 oz. can sliced black oliveDrained
