Spanish Style Lima Beans

| 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil | |
| 1 medium onion | Washed and chopped |
| 1 cup of stewed tomatoes | Washed and chopped |
| 1 teaspoon chili powder | |
| 1 small bay leaf | |
| ¼ teaspoon pepper |

| 1 | Heat oil in skillet, sauté onion in it. | |
