Spanish Style Lima Beans

1 medium onion | Washed and chopped |
1 cup of stewed tomatoes | Washed and chopped |
1 teaspoon chili powder | |
1 small bay leaf | |
¼ teaspoon pepper |

1 | Heat oil in skillet, sauté onion in it. | |
2 | Add beans, salt, tomato, chili powder, and bay leaf. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F. |
