Turkey Salad with Dried Cranberries
Portion Size: 1/3 cup turkey salad on 1 roll.

| 3 cups diced pieces roast cooked turkey | |
| 1/2 cup diced celery | Washed, trimmed and minced |
| 1/2 cup dried cranberries | |
| 1/2 cups sliced unsalted almonds | |
| 1 tablespoon grated onion | Washed, peeled and grated |
| 1 cup light mayonnaise | |
| 8 Romaine Lettuce leaves | Washed |
| 8 Sandwich Rolls | May use whole wheat |

| 1 | Mix the turkey, celery, cranberries, almonds, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Chill. | |
