Turkey Salad With Grapes
Portion Size: 1/3 cup

| 3 cups diced cooked roast turkey breast | |
| 1/2 cup diced celery | Washed, trimmed and minced |
| 1 cup white seedless grapes | (optional) |
| 1/2 cup sliced unsalted almonds | |
| 1 tablespoon grated onion | Washed, peeled and grated |
| 1 cup light mayonnaise | |
| 8 lettuce leaves | Washed |
| 2 hard cooked eggs | (optional) Sliced |

| 1 | Mix the turkey and celery and add if you wish the grapes and or nuts. | |
| 2 | Mix in the onion and mayonnaise. | |
| 3 | Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. | |
