Turkey Salad With Grapes

Portion Size: 1/3 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups diced cooked roast turkey breast
1/2 cup diced celeryWashed, trimmed and minced
1 cup white seedless grapes(optional)
1/2 cup sliced unsalted almonds
1 tablespoon grated onion Washed, peeled and grated
1 cup light mayonnaise
8 lettuce leavesWashed
2 hard cooked eggs(optional) Sliced


Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Mix the turkey and celery and add if you wish the grapes and or nuts.
2Mix in the onion and mayonnaise.  
3Refrigerate for  at least 30 minutes.
4Serve on a lettuce leaf and garnish with slice eggs.
