Pork Chop with Dijon
Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick | Trim all visible fat |
¼ cup low fat Italian salad dressing | |
¼ cup Dijon mustard | |
¼ teaspoon pepper | |
1 teaspoon onion powder |

1 | Pre oven to 350 F degrees. | |
2 | Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. | |
3 | In a small bowl, blend Italian dressing, Dijon, pepper and onion powder. | |
4 | Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. | |
5 | Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F with a 3 minute rest. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F for 15 seconds. Discard unused mixture |
