Pork Chop with Tangy Sauce
Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

| 8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick | Trim all visible fat |
| 2 Tablespoon lite soy sauce | |
| ½ teaspoon black pepper | |
| 3 Tablespoons oil | |
| 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 teaspoons lemon juice | |
| ¼ cup ketchup | |
| ¼ cup brown sugar |

| 1 | Pre oven to 350 °F | |
| 2 | Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. | |
| 3 | In a small bowl, blend soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup. | |
| 4 | Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. | |
