Ground Turkey Patty Or Ground Beef Patty

8 green onions, (including green tops)Washed, trimmed and finely chopped
4 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlicWashed, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons parsley flakes
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Dash of hot pepper sauceOptional
2 1/2 lbs. ground Turkey or Beef

1Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, green onion, egg, garlic, parsley paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt together in a bowl. 
2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
3Lightly grease a baking dish.
4Form turkey mixture into 8 patties; arrange in a baking dish.
5Bake turkey or beef burgers in the oven until no longer pink in the centre and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes.An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
