Rosemary Roast Turkey
Portion Size: 3 oz. turkey, 2 T. gravy

2 ½ lbs. boneless and skinless turkey breast | Thawed |
½ cup olive oil | |
3 tablespoons minced garlic | Washed, peeled and minced. |
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary | |
1 tablespoon basil | |
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. | |
Salt and pepper to taste |

1 | Preheat oven to 325 degrees. | |
2 | Trim all visible fat from turkey. | |
3 | In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, basil, Italian season, black pepper and salt. Rub over turkey breast. | |
4 | Place turkey in roasting pan. Add water to about ¼ inch from the bottom of the pan. Roast in over for 1 ½ to 3 hours or until reaches internal temperature | Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees. |
