Spinach Calzones (not vegan)

Portion Size: 1 calzone

Ingredients Notes: 
1 (15 oz.) container lowfat  ricotta cheese
3 eggsMay substitute egg substitute
2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning 
3 cups lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheeseFreshly grated
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinachThawed and squeezed dry. Or 4 cups fresh spinach, washed, trimmed and chopped
½ teaspoon Salt 
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 (32 oz.) package frozen white bread doughThawed

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
2In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and spinach. Set aside.
3Dive the bread dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece out to about an 8-inch circle.
4Spoon about ½ cup of the ricotta filling onto each circle, fold over and seal the edges. Place onto a greased cookie sheet. 
5Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until nicely browned on the tops and bottoms.
