Homemade Cheese Pizza

2 Cups prepared pizza sauce (plant based) | |
6 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese | For vegan: use vegan mozzarella cheese |
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese | For vegan: use vegan Parmesan cheese |
Optional toppings of choice: | |
1 Cup sliced mushroom | Washed and sliced |
1/2 Pound sliced lowfat pepperoni (vegan) | |
Canadian bacon (vegan) | |
Cooked low fat Italian sausage (vegan) | |
1 Cup sliced onion | Peeled, washed, and sliced |
1 Cup sliced peppers | Washed, and sliced |
1/2 Cup sliced olives | |
1 cup pineapple chunks |

1 | Thaw pizza dough and let rise according to directions on the package. | |
2 | Roll out both dough’s on two separate baking sheets and pierce several holes with a fork. | |
3 | Spread on 1 cup pizza sauce on to each pizza. | |
4 | Add additional toppings if desired. | Tip: sauté mushroom before adding. |
5 | Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. | |
6 | Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. |
