| 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion or chives | Washed, trimmed, and finely chopped |
| 1/4 cup diced pimentos | |
| 2 tablespoons parsley | |
| 16 slice bread | For vegan: use vegan bread |
| 8 lettuce leaves | Washed |
| 2 large tomatoes | Washed, trimmed and sliced |
