Cheesy Hamburger Casserole (meatless)

Portion Size: 1 cup

Ingredients Notes: 
2 1/2 Pounds imitation beef crumbles 
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1-16 oz. pasta  For vegan: use vegan pasta
1 Small onion, choppedWash, peel and chop
1 cup fat free milk For vegan: use soy milk 
1 cup light cream cheeseFor vegan: use vegan cream cheese
2 Cans (14 oz.)  of low sodium tomato sauce 
2 Cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese For vegan: use vegan cheddar cheese

1Prepare pasta according to directions on package. Drain.
2Combine imitation beef, pasta, milk, mustard cream cheese, and tomato sauce.
3Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
4Sprinkle cheese on top.
5Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds
