Kielbasa and Potato Bake

| 2 pounds rings lean turkey sausage (Kielbasa) | Diced |
| 2 (14 oz.) cans fat free evaporated milk | |
| 2 cloves garlic | Washed, peeled and minced |
| 2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese | |
| 1/2 teaspoon black pepper | |
| 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning | |
| 4 large russet potatoes | Washed, peeled and diced |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. | |
| 2 | In a large mixing bowl, mix together cheese, milk, garlic and pepper. | |
| 3 | Stir in potatoes and kielbasa. | |

| 5 | Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F. |
