Honey Mustard Salmon

2 teaspoons garlic, minced | Washed, peeled and minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice | |

¼ teaspoon salt | |
8 boneless skinless fresh salmon | Or see recipe for salmon patties |

1 | Pre heat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, olive oil, dill and salt | |
2 | On a baking sheet, add salmon. Brush with honey mustard sauce. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. (do not over cook) | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. |
