Lemon Dijon Baked Fish
Portion Size: 4 oz.

| 2 1/2 pounds orange roughly fillets (boneless) | May use other white fish. |
| 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard | |
| 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted | |
| 2 tablespoon lemon juice | |
| 1 teaspoon Worchester sauce | |
| 1 cup bread crumbs | |
| ½ c. tartar sauce |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 425 degrees | |
| 2 | Cut fillets in half & arrange in lightly greased baking dish | |
| 3 | Combine mustard, butter, lemon juice and Worcester sauce in a small bowl. | |
| 4 | Dip fillets in mustard mixture and then dip in bread crumbs. | |
| 5 | Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately with tartar sauce on the side. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145° F for 15 seconds. |
