Turkey Patties with Sweet Chili Sauce

1/2 cup green onions | Washed, trimmed and finely chopped |
1/4 cup celery | Washed, trimmed and finely chopped |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise | |
1 teaspoon ground cumin | |
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper | Optional |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper | |
2 large eggs | Lightly beaten |
2 garlic cloves | Washed, peeled and minced |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs | |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds | Toasted |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil | Divided |
1/2 cup sweetened chili sauce |

1 | Combine the ground turkey, brown rice, green onions, celery, mayonnaise, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, eggs and garlic in a large bowl. Add dry breadcrumbs and sesame seeds; stir until well blended. | |
2 | Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each portion into a 3/4-inch-thick patty. | |
3 | Heat 1½ teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 4 patties; cook 3 minutes. Carefully turn patties; cook 3 minutes or until golden. | Instant read thermometer should read 165 degrees. |
4 | Repeat procedure with remaining oil and patties. Serve patties immediately with chili sauce. |
