Turkey Patties with Sweet Chili Sauce

2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1 cup cooked brown rice 
1/2 cup green onionsWashed, trimmed and finely chopped
1/4 cup celery Washed, trimmed and finely chopped
1/2 cup light mayonnaise 
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper Optional
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 large eggsLightly beaten
2 garlic clovesWashed, peeled and minced
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons sesame seedsToasted
1 tablespoon vegetable oil Divided
1/2 cup sweetened chili sauce

1Combine the ground turkey, brown rice, green onions, celery, mayonnaise, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, eggs and garlic in a large bowl. Add dry breadcrumbs and sesame seeds; stir until well blended.
2Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each portion into a 3/4-inch-thick patty.
3Heat 1½ teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 4 patties; cook 3 minutes. Carefully turn patties; cook 3 minutes or until golden.Instant read thermometer should read 165 degrees.
4Repeat procedure with remaining oil and patties. Serve patties immediately with chili sauce.
