Baked Winter Squash

Ingredients
4 Pounds winter squash (acorn or butternut)
2 Tablespoons margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
Preheat the oven to 400 degree. Spilt the squash and remove the seeds. Sprinkle the cut sides with salt. Place cut side down in a baking dish and bake for about 40-50 minutes or until squash is easily pierced with a fork. Turn and make indentations with fork across the cut side of the squash. Spread with margarine. Return to the oven for a minute or two. Serves 8.
