Chicken Hawaiian

2 1/2 Pounds boneless skinlees chicken breast
1 Tablespoon oil
1 1/2 Cups uncooked brown rice
1 15-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 Green pepper, sliced and seeds removed
1 Can sloppy joe sauce
1 1/2 Cups water
Cut chickens into bite size pieces. Season to taste. Brown well in cooking oil in a large skillet. Remove chicken and drain off excess fat. Add uncooked rice to skillet. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, sauce, and water. Place chicken on top. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until rice and chicken is tender. Serves 8.
