2/3 Cups sugar
2/3 Cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Cup water
7 Cups milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
In a saucepan combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in the water. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute longer. Stir in milk. Heat just to the boiling point; do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater till frothy. Serve in cups or mugs; Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired. 8 servings
