Ground Ham on Pineapple Slices or Peach Halves

Ingredients
4 Cups ground cooked ham
3 Teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 Cup light mayonnaise
8 Slices drained, canned pineapple or 6 peach halves
Instruction
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ham, mustard, and mayonnaise. Spray baking dish with non stick vegetable spray. Place pineapple slices in baking dish. Top each pineapple with a mound of ham mixture. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Serves 8.
