2 Medium very ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and cut up
1/4 Cup onion, minced
2 Tablespoons diced green chili peppers
1 Tablespoon parsley or cilantro
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, minced
Dash of salt
Tortilla chips (baked)
In a blender container combine avocados, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Chill up to 24 hours. Makes about 2 cups
