Summer Squash

Ingredients
3 Cups water
2 Pounds summer squash, in 1/2 inch slices (yellow, crookneck, cymling or zucchini)
2 Tablespoons margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
Bring the water to a boil, add the squash, and simmer over medium heat, covered, for 3-5 minutes or until just tender; drain. Add margarine, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Serve hot. Serves 8.
