Turkey and Stuffing Casserole

4 Cups, cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
2 Packages (6 ounce) stuffing mix plus ingredients to prepare mix
1 Can French fried onions
2 Packages (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
2 Cans fat free evaporated milk
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 Cups nonfat milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large sauce pan prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Spread stuffing over bottom of casserole dish. Arrange broccoli spears over stuffing with flowerets around edge of dish. In large bowl combine evaporated milk, broth and turkey. Pour turkey mixture in the center of the casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle remaining onions over turkey; bake, uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
