Apple Bread

Portion Size: 1 slice bread

1/2 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
¾ cup sugar
¾ teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cup unpeeled apples, finely chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup whole bread flour
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¾ teaspoon baking soda
Nonstick cooking spray
For gluten free (GF): Use GF all purpose flour for all purpose flour and whole bread flour. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Preheat oven to 325 degree oven. Coat a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking
2In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order given and mix well.
3Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
4Cool.Store in air tight container for up to 72 hours.  May freeze for up to 30 days
