Baja Sauce

| 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil | |
| 1 garlic clove (minced) | Washed, peeled and minced |
| 1 tbsp lemon juice | |
| 1 jalapeno | Washed, trimmed and diced |
| ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper | |
| 1 cups light mayonnaise | |
| ¼ teaspoon cumin |
