Barbeque Sauce

| 2/3 cup (6 ounce) can tomato paste | |
| 1/3 cup loosely packed parsley leaves | Or 2 tablespoons dried parsley |
| 1/4 cup chopped onion | Washed, peeled and finely chopped |
| 1 large clove garlic | Washed, peeled and minced |
| 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar | |
| 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar | |
| 1 tablespoon oil | |
| 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
For gluten free: Omit Worcestershire sauce. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.
