Baked Potatoes

Ingredients Notes: 
8 medium potatoes Washed and scrubbed
Margarine 
1/2 teaspoon salt  
1 teaspoon pepper

1Wash and scrub potatoes. 
2For moister potatoes cover them with foil. 
3For flaky potatoes do not cover. 
4Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
5Bake for 40 to 60 minutes depending on size.******Internal temperature 135 F. 
6Add margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
