Basil Aioli Sauce

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil | |
1 garlic clove (minced) | Washed, peeled and minced |
1 tbsp lemon juice | |
1 dash hot pepper sauce | |
1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise |
