Basil Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 tablespoons fresh basil  chopped) or 2 tsp. dried basilWashed and trimmed. Finely  chop fresh basil in food processor.
2 green onions (chopped)Washed, trimmed and chopped
1 clove garlic (minced)Washed, peeled and minced
1/2 cup light mayonnaise 
½ cup light sour cream
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
 
For gluten free: Omit Worcestershire sauce. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
