Basil and Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese 
1/2 cup fresh chopped basilWashed, trimmed and chopped. Or 2 T. dried basil
3 cloves garlicWashed, peeled and minced
2/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ t. pepper
½ teaspoon salt
For gluten free (GF):No changes. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Place all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  
2Serve immediately or refrigerate.
