Blue Cheese Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 2 ½ cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
¾ cup light sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove mincedWashed, peeled and minced
4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
For gluten free (GF): No changes. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.  Add mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.  Stir. Stir in blue cheese. Chill . 
2Serve immediately or refrigerate.
