Basil and Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

| 3 cloves garlic | Washed, peeled and minced |
| 2/3 cup olive or vegetable oil | |
| 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar | |
| ¼ t. pepper | |
| ½ teaspoon salt |
