Black Beans

| 2 large carrots | Washed, peeled and diced |
| 1 clove garlic | Washed and chopped. |
| 1 tablespoon cilantro | |
| ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper | |
| ½ teaspoon salt | Optional |

| 1 | In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion, carrots and garlic and bring to a boil. | |
