Boiled Potatoes

| 8 medium potatoes | Washed and pared. |
| ½ teaspoon salt | |
| 3 tablespoons margarine | (optional) |

| 1 | Wash and pare potatoes. | |
| 2 | Cut into six sections. | |
| 3 | In a medium sauce pan, cover with water and cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. | |
| 4 | Drain potatoes in a colander. | |
| 5 | Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and margarine. | Internal temperature 135 F. |
