Breaded Pork Chops

Portion Size: 4 oz. boneless, 6 oz. with bone (includes) breading

Ingredients:     Yields: 8 servings

8 (3oz.) boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick or (5 oz.) bone in chopTrim all visible fat
1 teaspoon salt 
½ teaspoon black pepper 
½ teaspoon sage 
½ teaspoon thyme 
 1 ½ cups Bread crumbs 
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
¾ cup light mayonnaise 
¼ cup Nonfat milk

1Season chops with salt, sage, thyme and pepper. 
2Place bread crumbs in small swallow dishDiscard excess
3In a small swallow bowl combine, milk, mayonnaise and mustard. Coat each chop with mayonnaise and then bread crumbs.Discard excess
4Pre heat oven to 325° F. Place chops in baking dish and bake for 1 ½ hour orCook until internal temperature reaches 145° F for 15 seconds.
