Broccoli and Apple Salad

| ¼ cup red onion | Washed, trimmed, peeled and diced |

| ½ teaspoon salt | |
| ½ cup apple cider vinegar | |
| ¼ cup olive oil | |
| 1 tablespoon honey | |
| ¼ cup sunflower seeds |
