Cheese Hash Brown Bake

Portion Size: ½ cup

Ingredients Notes: 
1 (32 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes
2 (14 oz.) evaporated milk
2 cloves garlicWashed, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning.
¼ cup onion, finely choppedWashed, peeled and finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) container lite sour cream
2 cups sharp low fat cheddar cheeseShredded
½ cup Parmesan cheeseGrated

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 
2Lightly grease a baking dish. 
3In a large bowl mix hash browns, evaporated milk, garlic, poultry seasoning, onion sour cream and cheddar cheese. 
4Spread evenly into prepared dish. 
5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 
6Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve immediately.Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
