Cheese Potato Wedge

| 8 medium potatoes | Washed |
| 1/3 cup margarine | |
| 1 cup low fat sharp cheese | Grated |
| 1 teaspoon paprika | |
| ¼ teaspoon salt | |
| 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs |

| 1 | Boil potatoes and peel. | |
| 2 | When cooled, cut into long large pieces. | |
| 3 | Arrange in single layer in sprayed baking dish. | |
| 4 | Melt margarine and pour over the potatoes. | |
| 5 | Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. | |
| 6 | Bake at 400 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. | Internal temperature 135 F. |
