8 (4oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast, or ThighsTrim all visible fat
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

1Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2Grill chicken on well-oiled grill preheated to 350 degrees. Or sauté in a large pan. 
3Cook until lightly brown and turn.  Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
