Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies

3 egg whites
1 cup white sugar
½ teaspoon distilled white vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

1Preheat oven to 300°F.
2Grease baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
3In a medium bowl, beat white egg whites to soft peaks.
4Fold in chocolate chips.
5Drop by the spoonful onto prepared cookie sheet.
6Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven until cookies are dry.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
