Chocolate Cream Pie

Portion Size: 1 slice, 1/8 pie

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 package (3 ounce) low fat cream cheesesoftened
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
⅓ cup cocoa
⅓ cup nonfat milk
1 (8 ounce) frozen nondairy whipped toppingthawed
8-inch packaged graham crumb crust

1In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended.  
2Add cocoa alternately with milk, beating until smooth.
3Gradually fold in whipped topping until well combined.
4Spoon into crust.
5Cover; chill 4 to 6 hours or until set.Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F.
