Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 (15 oz.) can  No added salt garbanzo beansDrained and rinsed.
2 cucumbersWashed, peeled and diced. 
12 cherry tomatoes Washed and halved
½ red onionWashed, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlicWashed, peeled and minced
1 small can black olivesDrained and chopped
1 ounce crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup low fat Italian-style salad dressing
1 lemonJuiced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1Combine the beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olives, cheese salad dressing, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper.
2Toss together and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
