Grilled Roast Beef and Cheese Sandwich

Portion Size: 1 sandwich

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1/4 cup margarineSoftened
8 Slices American cheese (1 oz.) May use other low fat sliced cheese. 
1 lb. sliced lean roast beef
16 Slices breadWheat or white
For gluten free (GF): Use GF bread. Check all ingredients to be sure they are gluten free.

1Put 1 slice of cheese and 2 oz. roast beef between 2 slices of bread.  
2Spread margarine on the outside of each slice of bread.
3Heat a large skillet, and place sandwich in skillet.  
4Cook until golden brown and then turn until both sides are golden brown.  
5Repeat until each sandwich is made.
