Ground Ham on Pineapple Slices or Peach Halves

Portion Size: 3 oz. ham

4 cups lean ground ham, cooked
3 teaspoons prepared mustard
¼ cup light mayonnaise
8 Slices drained, canned pineapple or 6 peach halvesUse water or juice packed

1Preheat oven to 400°F. 
2Combine ham, mustard, and mayonnaise.
3Spray baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
4Place pineapple slices in baking dish.
5Top each pineapple with a mound of ham mixture.
6Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
