Guacamole

Portion Size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
2 medium very ripe avocados Washed, seeded, peeled and cut up
1/4 cup onion, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons diced green chili peppers(optional)
1 tablespoon parsley or cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
Dash of salt
Tortilla chips
For gluten free (GF); Use GF tortilla chips. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a blender container combine avocados, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.  .
2Cover and blend until smooth.  Transfer to serving bowl
3Serve immediately with chips
