Herb Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes

5 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes Washed, trimmed and cut up 
¼ cup olive oil 
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon paprika 
½ teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon pepper

1Wash and scrub potatoes. 
2Cut potatoes into even sized chunks. 
3Spread a single layer in a flat ovenproof dish. 
4Pour over olive oil. 
5Season with chives, garlic powder and paprika. 
6Stir them until coated. 
7Bake at 400 degrees, about 30 to 40 minutes. 
8Remove and toss to coat. 
9Return and bake for 10-15 minutes until tender.
