Herb Roasted Red Potatoes

Portion Size: ½ cup

Ingredients Notes: 
5 lbs. Red Potatoes Washed and trimmed
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley flakes 
1 tablespoon garlic salt 
2 teaspoon paprika

1Wash and scrub potatoes. 
2Cut potatoes into even sized chunks. 
3Spread in a single layer in a flat ovenproof dish. 
4Pour over olive oil. 
5Season with parsley, garlic salt and paprika. 
6Stir them until coated. 
7Bake at 400 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes. 
8Remove and toss to coat. 
9Return and bake for 10-15 minutes until tender. Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
