Hot Artichoke Dip

Portion Size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 8 oz. packages light cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (12oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts Drained and chopped
1 (6oz.) bag  Fresh baby spinachWashed, trimmed and chopped
Assorted crackers
For gluten free (GF); Use GF crackers. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish. 
2Wash Spinach and chop into pieces. Blend together the cheese, mayonnaise and  cream cheese. Stir in the artichokes and spinach. Mix well, and transfer to the prepared baking dish. 
3Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Serve warm with crackers.
