Kale, Saute or Green Bean Saute

Portion Size: ½ cup kale 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 large bunch (8 cups) kale Washed, remove hard stems and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil


Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Tear the kale leaves into bite-size pieces from the thick stems; discard the stems.
2Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
3Add the kale and continue cooking and stirring until the kale is bright green and wilted, about 5 minutes more.Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
