Mexican Style White Cheese Dip (great with chips or on Mexican dishes)

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: ~ 2 cups 

Ingredients Notes: 
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped fine
½ lb. American cheese white, shredded
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 
¾ cup milk

1In a small sauce pan heat, all the ingredients. Heat on medium for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted. Stirring frequently. 
2Serve warm
